Set roughly 300 years in the future on “iPlanet” (formerly Earth), the world is controlled by the Globalsoft Corporation. Under the rule of the Killer Queen, all music is computer-generated, and everyone is forced to think, dress, and act the same.
Two young misfits, Galileo Figaro and Scaramouche, rebel against this conformist society. Galileo hears “sacred” lyrics in his dreams—actually fragments of old rock songs—leading him to be identified as “The Dreamer” of a prophecy. They join a group of underground rebels called the Bohemians, who have taken the names of past musical legends like Britney Spears and Meat Loaf. Together, they embark on a quest to find the “place of living rock” and rediscover lost musical instruments to spark a revolution.

The Vicar of Dibley 2
(also known as The Second Coming) continues the comedic saga of Reverend Geraldine Granger as she navigates the eccentricities of village life in the wake of the first play’s events. Following Alice and Hugo’s return from their honeymoon, the plot centers on Alice’s confusion over her pregnancy, the chaotic launch of Radio Dibley, and the village’s attempt to organise a traditional Christmas Nativity play on Owen Newitt’s farm. As Geraldine attempts to maintain order within the dysfunctional Parish Council, the story weaves together these classic television highlights, featuring Jim Trott’s signature stuttering, Letitia Cropley’s bizarre recipes, and Owen Newitt’s awkward romantic advances, ultimately celebrating the enduring and bizarre friendships of the Dibley dwellers.
